Download ISO3.0.0 WP-04: the L1 migration (development milestone)
Every command of the v2.2.0 baseline now runs from ring 3 - one command = one app = one folder under src/L1/. The L0 side is a pure service kernel (drivers, services, the numbered L1SVC ABI); 235 of the 251 commands migrated, the 9 shell-state builtins stay in ush by design. This is NOT the 3.0.0 release; see the WP-04 release page.
